Hospitalization at home (HAH)

(Recipello location, 17 rue Marcel Paul)

The Raoul-François MAYMARD Centre's HAH mission is to organise hospitalisation for patients at home. It remains an alternative to full hospitalisation, covering all medical and paramedical care, which must be coordinated and provided at the patient's home. HAH care covers all types of care.

HAH care is provided on medical prescription, either following hospitalisation, or directly at the request of the attending physician or a healthcare professional with the agreement of the attending physician. The coordination of the teams, who take turns in the patient's home, ensures that care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The department secretariat is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.

If their condition warrants it, any patient may, on medical advice, be cared for at home by the HAH team. If the treatment is carried out, a therapeutic plan for you will be drawn up with the medical and care team and sent to the attending physician and all those involved for validation and implementation.

For further information, visit our website or contact the HAH service coordination unit on 04.95.55.39.35.
